Physical Training

In this class we would focus fully on the physical training, we would start the class with a warm up fusion between Yoga and Pilates to prepare the body strength. Follow to this we would work with some dynamics to increase the cardio and the stamina with a base of functional workout. Finishing with stretching exercises and a guide massage with a focus on the problematic areas for dancers.

Is a preparation class that will give us strength, flexibility, and stamina for the dance classes, it would give us tools that we can apply to our daily trainings.
